The place I want to visit.

I’d love go to Amazonas, especially in Brazil, Amazonas is in South America and is the most biggest river in the world and is the place less populated in all the continent because of that.

The Amazonas have a length to 7.000 km and pass besides Brazil for Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay.

I’d really like go to the Jungle in Amazonas and travel by canoa in the big river, the jungle in this place is the most dense and extensive in the world.

The weather is Tropical and have and innumerable  numbers  of all kind of animals, plants, birds and insects.

I’d like stay there to learn and live new experiences with the native people who live there. See and contemplate the animals and the nature and taste fruits and all kind of native food.

I hope visit Amazonas the next year and hope tell you about the travel too.

Mi ritmo te llama.

I knew this Latin artist two years ago, he born in New York but his family come from Puerto Rico. So he had all the Latin influences, he was a very popular Latin percussionist, composer and interpreter.

By the time than Ray Baretto had recorded this album, he had already established himself  like a first call conguero in the world of jazz he named his music Latin bongaloo.

Ray Barretto's tones on the congas can best be heard through this álbum I like listen and dance his music, he maked a mix by salsa, afro and jazz, very catchy to me. My favourite songs call “Mi Ritmo te llama” is a very good piece to dance old salsa, and the name of the song is how i feel when I listen to  that.

Here is the link, you can listen now.

I want to talk about litography and a Litography artist I admireLithography is a printing process developed in 1796 in Germany. In the lithographic technique the different adhesion between hydrophilic and hydrophobic substances are used. Rejects water as greasy inks, oily areas not printed but are at the same level. With these inks, the drawing to be reproduced is mapped, which is fixed using a solution of  acid nitric  and  arabic gum . For this type of printing  polished limestone on which the image to be printed inverted with a fat, is drawn with a brush or pencil.

Escher, was a Dutch artist known for his woodblock and lithographic prints dealing with impossible figures, tessellations and imaginary worlds.

Along his career made over 400 lithographs and woodcuts, and some 2,000 drawings and drafts.

Not based his work on feelings, like other artists, but simply in situations one of its main features is the duality and the search for balance, the use of white and black, symmetry, infinity against the limited, which represented every object has its counterpart.

His imaginary could be divided into three : Space structure, surface structure, and the projection of the three-dimensional space in the plane.

I elected Escher because I think his imagination and lithographic technique are a unique invoice. Impossible figures, metamorphosis and game structure, and surface reality.
His work experience  with different methods of representing paradoxical spaces that defy the usual modes of representation.
